SPELDHURST DERBY CHALLENGE SERIES 2009 RULES OF ENTRY

1. The Judge’s decision is final
2. Entry fees to be paid at time of registration. Cheque guarantee card details are to be printed on the reverse of all cheques.
3. A correctly secured riding hat, conforming to current British Safety Standards must be worn at all times when mounted.
4. Dogs must be kept under control at all times.
5. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: The Organisers disclaim any responsibility for anything that may happen to competitors or onlookers, their horses or property at this show. It shall be a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising from any incident.
6. HEALTH AND SAFETY: The Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents, and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and the Officials and Stewards.
7. Your signature on the entry form, or payment of an admission charge, shall be deemed to be an acceptance of the above rules, conditions and health and safety requirements.
8. The organisers reserve the right to change the course / merge the classes if necessary.
